    The tried and true way to get 24p to NTSC is to add interlaced pulldown. there are other ways including odd pulldown cadences, but your motion will look stuttery. It’s up to you which way you want to do it.

    Hey thanks for your help man. The odd cadences don’t bother me. Like I said the ProRes with frame controls off and progressive looks pretty good. I don’t think the motion has suffered.

    I was trying to upload to clips for you but can’t get this to work right now. Would you be opposed to contacting me outside the forum? I could email you the clips in question or even a quick phone call could clear this up quickly. If not, thats cool. Appreciate the help anyway.
