23.976 footage is interpreting as Drop-frame TC

Same problem here as I work on a 23.976 project. I’ve had issues with timecode in Premiere for so long and this is just another one.For some reason Premiere thinks 23.976 is a drop-frame time code when it comes in from certain files. My Atomos Ninjas display 23.976 correctly buy my files from my drone op come in showing 23.98 and drop-frame ;

So Premiere apparently reads some 23.976 footage as 23.9760 and shows the frame rate as 23.98. I just tried to interperate footage as 23.976 (dropping the 0) and it fixed the issue. Frame rate is now listed as 23.976 and using 00:00:00.
