August 2, 2006 at 5:29 pmTo fix this, click on the “Burn DVD” button on the DVD Layout Window. When the Burn DVD window opens, click on the “Settings” button on the bottom. The window that pops up is the Export Settings window. On the right hand side, you will see a pull down menu for “Presets”. Pull that down, and choose what preset you want. Once you choose one, press “OK”, and you will be taken back to the Burn DVD window….if you choose a setting that will work, that status will change to “Ready to Burn”.
I hope this helps. If not, we can work around it in Encore. Good Luck!

August 2, 2006 at 9:51 pm>Remember that Encore in “automatic” get is own encoding matemathics bitrates to accomodate the footage. Don’t think PP is capable of making this by its own.< Ppro in the DVD Burn Mode will tell you if the bitrate selected is not correct by telling you "Insufficient Disk Space for Burning, then you need to go into the DVD setting menu and select a lower bitrate and/or type of encoding(VBR/CBR), The only way you know that its correct is to hit OK and go back to the burn menu, if it still gives you a error when you go back to the burn menu, you need to segmate the project or go back and select another bitrate combo or a custom one till the errror leaves.
