1080p (1080×1920 ) to DVD (720 x 576)

Thank for the response.
I’m used to do that only. Editing & colour grading the clips as 1080×1920 Sequence. Export as Mpeg2-dvd. I think pushing my PC to get just DVD output. That-why i try to find a Sequence as 720 x 576 frame size.

Finally i found the solution from FCP community forums.
create the Sequence as 1024 x 576. Exporting as usual Mpeg 2 dvd , Widescreen.

Guessing you used the wrong sequence settings or dropped the clip in without scaling because DV pal is 720×576.
