Ok, so I’m curious about changing sequence settings in nesting. Let’s say I have an uncompressed 10 bit 422 footage, I bring it into a sequence that is set for dv, then I nest the time line into another sequence that is set up for uncompressed 10 bit 422 footage. Does the second sequence read the original 10 bit uncompressed files, and there is no loss running it through the dv sequence, or will it take some sort of hit from the original dv sequence? Hope I’m explaining this well enough. Thank you in advance.
