  how to set up a CRT?

  I have finally got my Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro and Sony PVM monitor set up. How should I go about celebrating it. It it possible to buy a printed colour bar card and video file or am I baking up the wrong tree. How do I set contrast brightness.

  Any advice, links etc. greatly appreciated.
