  need tips on rendering to DVD again

  Does anyone sees shiny specks/speckles (or whatever you call them) on their SD DVD footage? I’m having problem with this. Here is my setup:

  Project:
  HD – 1920×1080-60i
  Deinterlaced – blend
  all other at default

  Rendering:
  MainConcept DVDA Widescreen with all default except changed to CBR of 7,500

  Thanks for any tips.

  Is all your source material 1920 – 1080? Are the specles on all the SD rendered video or just in parts?

  All my sources are 1920×1080.

  The specks showed up all over.

  update:

  I burned the rendered footage on to a dvd to play on the player and lcd. Can’t really see the specks shining, but they’re distracting.

  I also tried rendering as progressive, but it would flicker once in a while.

  Any suggestion?
