  Can I import my unrendered video made in 64 bit Vegas into 32 bit Vegas?

  I’ve been having a hell of a hard time trying to render my video to a smaller size and not have to sacrifice quality. I’ve seen a few videos that show ways of how using an xvid or divx codec can render videos to a smaller size and not reduce the video’s quality. I have 64 bit Vegas, so I understand that using xvid or divx codecs isn’t an option. What I plan on doing is downloading a trial version of 32 bit Vegas and then importing my unrendered video from 64 bit Vegas so that I can use the xvid/divx codec. Is this at all possible? Is there a 64bit xvid codec that I’m not aware of?

  Your purchase of Pro 9 entitles you to both the the 32 and 64-bit versions of Pro 9 so you don’t need to worry about a trial version.
  They can both be installed on your machine at the same time which is what a lot of users do because some of their plug-ins are 32-bit only.

  Forget Xvid and DivX. Just use the Sony AVC encoder that’s already in Vegas to make high quality / low bit-rate h.264 MPEG4 videos.
