  Problem with massive file being rendered

  Hi

  I am having a huge file being created of 3 gb
  which is simply too large for my web page.
  The settings on the video are
  480 x 360 x 32, 25.000p

  I select :
  make movie
  save to hard drive
  It runs for approx 6 mins and the size
  of the movie file produced is 3gb
  How can i reduce this to something more manageable?

  What format did you choose for the file? You want to use Sony AVC for web delivery.
