tracking & dissolving issues with a slower FPS
Hello everyone,
I’m new to AE and I’ve been tinkering with a project for a friend who is a lawyer and needs video assistance for a case. I have a copy of a surveillance video, and he needs me to track a person in the crowd with a circle.
I created the circle, tracked the person manually (I know, not as elegant, but good enough to get me started), and rendered the file. I posted previously that in preview, I was not seeing the file in “Real Time”, and I understand that issue with AE.
My problems is that the final video slows down (there is a time code from the surveillance camera in the video and it doesn’t match actual run time). ALSO, the video seems to be “dissolving” from frame to frame. I believe this is because the original video is not recorded in 29.97 (Im assuming the surveillance camera records a few frames per second), and AE is dissolving the “moving circle” to the next marker.
Please let me know if I’m way off on this or not, and how can I make this work.
Thanks in advance,
Juan
