  talking head is not smooth

  Hi

  When i am editing in vegas 9 in video preview, the talking head is stacatto i.e. not smooth.
  Is this normal or is there something you can do to make it run smoothly?

  You can reduce the preview quality, buy a more powerful computer, or use a codec that is easier to edit. Those are your choices.
