Can render my project to a new track without quality loss?

it depends on the format to which you render. If you’re rendering to new using uncompressed, you’ll lose nothing. If you render to anything else, you’ll lose a little bit, but in the general sense, you likely won’t notice any loss. Codecs are pretty darn good these days, and generational loss is minimized.
