I am new to CreativeCOW.net and (predictably) my first post is a please for help…

I am using Sony DVD Architect 4.5 and have encountered a problem whereby I have no live buttons on a sub-menu screen. Obviously using the PC I can use the mouse to navigate, but using the DVD remote I cannot select an option.

There are two buttons on the page, one navigates to the main menu, the other to the previous page. Both are listed as ‘links’ in the left hand pane.

I am new to DVD Architect and I fear I have done something very obvious – if so, please go easy on me! 😉

Hope you can help…

I have no live buttons on a sub-menu screen.

I suspect there are a few ways around this. One way I’ve done this is to click/select a link from another menu/screen and press Ctrl+C (copy) then returned to the screen without a button, clicked on the screen to select it, and pressed Ctrl+V (paste).

Then go to the properties of the newly pasted link to make the relevant changes.

Thanks for getting back to me, Dave.
I’ve actually tried this but with no success.
Seems I have hit a brick wall with this one 🙁

Or have I?

Chris, have a look at my menu/submenu explanations in the DVD scene selection markers as in comm. DVDs thread and see if any of it helps you out.
