Update to Vegas 9.0c problem
when I try to update to 9.0c a warning appears: Requirements not met. Press ok to Exit install.
That refers to:
The following components are required by this software:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 RedistributableI removed all of these files and reinstalled them from the microsoft website. The warning remains and I cannot updatewhen I try to update to 9.0c a warning appears: Requirements not met. Press ok to Exit install.

I reinstalled Vegas 9 from DVD,and did un update to 9.0b without problems.
Any Suggestions?

Re-install windows could solve all your problems…

however cleaning up C:\windows\temp and double clicking the update file there did the job.

vegas 9.0c is buggy, i have reinstalled 9.0b. Big artefacts encoding to mp4 (either with sony or mainconcept) from avchd coming from my panasonic ZS3. see problems here :

just re-install windows media player 11 ang thats it!!!
