May 30, 2005 at 11:25 pmAfter Effects doesn’t have a library of particles. You can use custom particles with the Foam and Particle Playground effects and you also have the Cycore particle effect plug-ins (which are a bit dated now). If you want a library of particles you should try Trapcode’s Particular (https://www.trapcode.com) or take a look at Wondertouch Particle Illusion (https://www.wondertouch.com).

May 31, 2005 at 2:06 amNot to sound too harsh, but some questions are too inconsiderate and insult to the
the people who train hard to know this program. Pleeeeease, familiarize yourself
with the layouts and fundamentals before starting to ask questions. -

June 2, 2005 at 7:36 pmAfter 43 years in Video Production, much of that training interns and newbies. I never once told someone or thought that I myself needed to learn a program or piece of equipment or procedure before we had the right to ask a question.
Sorry, just my opinion.

June 2, 2005 at 7:42 pmSorry, I should have added, I am new to AE and I may just ask one of those questions that to Dave may sound stupid, but I’m going to ask it anyhow and would appreciate if someone other than Dave answered.
