How can i fix it? Pls help!!!

I tryed to add an adjustment kayer and pull down the saturation and lightness of ther red layer but it didnt help.

Working in 16-bit instead of 8-bit reduces banding. The only other way around it I’ve found is to add a small amount of noise to the image.

Try reducing the brightness of the light so there’s not as much contrast. Also, as the other poster says, add noise to reduce the appearance of banding.
