  How can I add effects to an existing video?

  There is a great selection of Online Tutorials to access, directly from within VP. And one of the simplest of these is what you are asking for Fred.

  So, on the main Toolbar:

  Go > Help > Interactive Tutorials > “Video and Still Image Tutorial” > “How to Add Video Effects”

  These Tutorials are packed full of free, quick and straightforward assistance.
