  Chromakeying in Vegas Pro 9.0a

  I recently upgraded to Vegas Pro 9.0, but can’t find some items that were in 8.0. For some reason when I go to video FX it does not have the old standards like chromakey, chroma blur, etc. Do I need to do something to be able to see those options? It only has defocus, glint, and a few others. Please help. I don’t seem to have the basics!

  I also don’t have the basic media generators, only Pro Type Tilter? Is that normal?

  It sounds like you have a corrupt installation. I would uninstall and re-install. Everything should be there just like on version 8.0.
