I have just edited a 40 minute in Vegas and created a Blu Ray disc image and burnt it to a dvd which plays fine in my PS3. The problem is that for some unknown reason any pan or fast movement looks really jumpy like its slightly strobing. When you watch it straight off the camera through HDMI there are no shudders during the same pans etc.

Any help regarding what settings ive got wrong would be great

    Thanks

Did you change the frame rate at all? Video shot at 60i will tend to strobe when panned to quickly if rendered to 24p. Otherwise I can’t think of what it might be.

No, that was my point… don’t change the frame rate. Keep it at 50i. Did you render to 50i as well? If you did, I don’t know what could be the problem.
