  afx to digicam to vhs

  hi, im triying to export a file from afx to save it in my digital camera (video/photo) but i have problems with it… i have to save it in mpg, so then i will connect the camera to a video casette (vhs) and record… but i dont know the specifications for my mpg file to be saved into my cam.

  anybody knows? thanks…
