    Hi there.

    After rendering my movie (in QT animation) I’m converting it to some other quicktime format, normally H264. But I’m not happy with the highest settings of H264 compression.

    Which codec can you suggest ? In which settings ? I’m asking this for publishing the movies on internet.

    H.264 is one of the better codecs out there, so if you’re not getting good results you may want to check your settings.

    For starters, I would use these settings:

    Framerate – current
    keyframing – automatic
    Quality – high or best
    bitrate – automatic

    These are pretty close to the default settings, and you should be getting very clean results. If not, post a screenshot so we can see what’s going wrong.
