  How to properly set video before rendering it?

  In Sony Vegas Pro 8 I imported a video which is 1280 x 720 WMV
  and added some mp3 music files and text which Frame size I changed to the same as the imported video 1280 x 720

  Now I want to save it as a video file, maybe you can tell me how to do it properly, because every time I try then when I play that video in windows media player it doesn’t have a pictures just sound.

  I want that video 1280 x 720, WMV or AVI.

  You didn’t tell us what you have tried that doesn’t work. Just use File | Render As… | Windows Media Video V9 (*.wmv) | Default Template and it should work.
