  vegas 9 rendering problem

  When rendering with Vegas 9, it leaves out some of the clips/footage.
  It even leaves out some of the vegas effects.

  The clips being left out are usually vio pov clips. Do these clips need to be stored in a Vegas folder in order to render right?
  As of now, they are only in the media bin. Not sure if this matters. Vio pov comes in at 480×720, and that’s what I’m trying to render at.

  Also, when I was doing the project, I could only view preview at good>half with the vio pov clips. For what it’s worth, they are the avi format. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated….I’m pulling my hair out over here.

  The Vio POV uses the DivX codec and Vegas doesn’t support DivX. You will need to use the software that came with the camera to edit, or re-encode the video with a utility like MPEG Slipstream into something that Vegas can edit (preferably DV AVI). Perhaps the software that came with the Vio POV can do this for you.
