  sharpen – unsharpen mask

  Which is best if the source is some unsharp, like Canon’s CineMode?

  You can try this:
  Duplicate your track
  Add SHARPEN to the upper track (or use the CONVOLTION KERNEL)
  Set the LEVEL of the upper track to 50%
  Set the composition mode to HARD LIGHT
