  Frequent “Freezes”

  I’m enjoying editing my first time with Sony Vegas Pro 8, but have a problem with the program frequently just freezing. I’ve tried waiting it out to no avail, so I end up just opening a new window, losing an edit or two in the process. Very frustrating.

  Any ideas?
