  Obscure tect

  There is an effect that I want to do on Vegas Pro 8 but I don’t know how.
  I want to obscure the text that I typed with an object in the video like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBn8DdPs0Es&feature=PlayList&p=3A88E366CDF39E40&playnext=1&index=1

  It would be great if somebody could teach me how. Thanks

  In that AE tutorial there is only one video track. If you want to obscure the text with something in one video you’ll need to mask and motion keyframe. I would duplicate the video track and put one above and below the text track, then reverse mask the train and motion keyframe it to match the bottom track. You can’t attach it to a null object like in AE but with a steady moving train, keyframing would not be hard. Danny Hays
