  How do I create a moving/scaled overlay?

  How do I create a moving overlay on a window? I have a video from a car driving down a highway and I need to swap out a Billboard with a different image?

  This would be very tedious to do manually in Vegas but you could do it with Track Motion and lots and lots of keyframing to match the movement. It is much easier and more believable if you use a tool like Boris RED or After Effects that have a motion tracker or corner pinning, or a tool like Mocha that does planar tracking.
