Sony vegas Platium 9.0B DirectX PROBLEM!!!!
I have read that many others have had this problem out of the blue same goes for me disabiling any or just a few directx plugins isnt doing a thing nothing seems to fix this both my vegas editors pro 8.0C and 9.0B Yes i use both 🙂
it happens like this and many others but mine is slightly differnt
i load it..it starts vegas splash screen. intializes its engine then it reaches direct x plugins and stops using any cpu and has only 18Mb of ram used and is non responcive
and wont go past that DOnt reply telling me to use the directx plugin editor known has VB pluginman or those ive tried and disabling all or a few doesnt effect it what so ever it still wont come on 🙁I have windows XP proffesional edition [media center edition 2004]
directx9.0C < and basiclly i havent installed any new plugins at all i only use vst for my fl studio and no directx plugins at all. it works in january and start of febuary until now it just stops working and by the way i am using service pack 3 !. which i had problems with it also which i posted on here but have sense been able to fix my own problems i am hoping ican for this one buts its a hardy... Please help if you can so that i can spread the fix if there is one ive searched EVERYWHERE :I -

What changed about your PC during that time because something did and it is probably causing this problem? If you’ve already tried disabling all of your directx plug-ins then perhaps it’s time to call Sony Tech Support. There’s not much chance that one of us knows what’s going on underneath the hood of Vegas and you’ve already tried all the conventional fixes.

um sadely pretty much nothing has changed between feb 9th and feb 20th on my computer other then files i havent installed any new files
its like a sudden problem…i will try one thing and reply back if it works or not but i may try reinstalling sony vegas platinum 9.0B if that doesnt work i might have to wait till 9.0C 🙁
Or google for other answers..i got to keep trying 🙂
if all else fails ill try sony tech support. -
