  Video from Aja card not recocnized

  I am trying to edit some footage that was captured thru an Aja card on another system. I have the codecs installed, and other apps recognize them ( I can play the clips in Quicktime and Premier). I’m using vegas 8.0c. Any ideas?

  You might try reinstalling the codec AFTER Quicktime?

  I tried re-installing the AJA software when I couldn’t see the video. Sony just says “stream attributes could not be determined”. I would swear that a month or two ago I used some of these files.

  Sony tells me that only video captured thru Vegas using the AJA card can be recognized by Vegas. At least the QT files can’t be read.
