  Converting NTSC to PAL problem

  i tryed to convert a 23.9 framerate video to a 25 pal one by using that rigorous method found in the manual, the one that the film industry uses which is speeding up the video 4x. anyway i did everything correctly, followed the steps and all bt ended up having a video that stutters every 5 sec!? i think its a common problem, i see it sometimes on TV. how to fix it or what to do to prevent it from happening?

  it has a wealth of information for converting NTSC to PAL. There’s a lot more to think about than just frame rate.
