  Working with AE CS3 and Final Cut

  Hi,

  i got a little problem that I do not seem to find the source for.
  I am working with Final Cut and doing some compositing work in After Effects CS3. Now when exporting clips to After Effects (working in DV-PAL) everythings fine but when bringing the clip back into Final Cut the Clip gets darker. I tried just re-rendering the clip without effects applied, it also gets darker. I tried various settings but it doesn’t get better. I am rendering out of FCP in DV-PAL Codec and out of AE in the same codec.
  Any hints?? Thanks in advance,
