    Hi
    Okay, what’s a white pop? 😉 No I’m serious.

I’m editing a 60 sec advertising clip for a com0pany and there’s a jump cut I just can’t smooth out. I had to cut some words from a speaker. They suggested a cross disolve or a white pop to cover it up.

I already had a small cross disolve and it still didn’t look good. I never heard the white pop term before. Guess I’m getting in with the “big-time-guys” ha ha

    Thanks
    Allen

A white flash. You can insert generated media of 235/235/235, and have for say…7 frames, faded in/out over the affected area. Or, just use the Flash transition.
