Hi, I have a good idea of how to use cookie cutter etc. However, there’s something I want to do which is puzzling me.

Video track 1 has a person looking at their own reflection in a mirror. I want to replace the reflection with the image of another person’s face. How can I do this?

    Thanks for any help.

Take a look at pan/crop and track motion.

Thanks I’d forgotten about track motion – I’m a relative newbie to SV8

Pan and crop would have to be 3d too. It’s not real easy to crop and place a video in a mirror that is most likely not square from the cameras view and moving too,,, If you havent shot it yet, you can cut out a piece of flat green paper or posterboard that fits exactly in the reflective part of the mirror and chroma key the other image in it. This method takes away alot of keyframing.
    Hope this helps. Danny Hays
