    Hi,

I am simply trying to export a video with no effects in HD 1920 x 1080, as that is the format both the footage and the composition are in. However when I go to “make movie” then select MPEG2 I notice that the only options are “NTSC DV medium qual or PAL DV”, but no option for HD. Then I realized that I can change the expression in the comments box to 1920 x 1080. I leave everything else the same and hit Render. Up comes the “there is a mismatch..blah blah…frame dimensions out of bounds error”.

I’ve been searching the web and creative cow for countless hours for info on this issue but no real solutions. I don’t understand the frame size issue since all the frame size settings are the same. I even tried the checking stretch button idea and still get the same error. So far AE will let me render in blue-ray or DVD but won’t let me render in plain MPEG2 without the error. However in Premiere I can render HD as mpeg2 no problem.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.
