    Hey guys. I’ve busting my balls on Google to find the solution to this problem, but I can’t seem to find it.

    When I try to render my movie (a 3 min long music video), I get this Error message:

    “After Effects error: adding to movie – disk is full
    (-34)

    ( 44 :: 39 )”

    I’ve found solutions to errors like “After effects error: Adding to movie (-1309)”, but the (-34) is nowhere to be found.

    OK, now to the strange thing: I have a box fresh Mac Pro with 6 gb RAM and about 70 GB left on the hard drive. When I look at the file that’s been interrupted while rendering, it’s about 7 GB. And I don’t think that the remaining 30% is 53 GB.

    Anyone?

    I would be really thankful for any hints, I’m on a deadline and is ripping my hair!

    Thanks

    /J

    Hey Dave, thanks for your reply.

    I have a Samsung cam, which generates H264 when imported. Then I convert them to “Apple Intermediate Codec”, according to this thread:

    Is there another way to do this/is this causing the error message do you think?

    Thank you.
