  • Importing ripped blu-ray m2ts files?

Posted by Patrick Tohill on September 14, 2008 at 3:58 pm

I can open up m2ts files fine from my sony camcorder, with 6 tracks of audio and a video track, but when I try to import a bluray m2ts file, depending on the method I use copying the file from the disc I will either not be able to import the file at all (error message) or I will only get a single track of audio.

If I demux the m2ts file into a VC1 and AC3 file I also cannot import the files.

I can play the bluray file fine in media player, is there anyway I can configure vegas to decode the file the same way as media player does or any other way to edit a bluray file?

P.S. I’m using Slysoft ANYDVD HD and tsmuxer.

    This forum doesn’t support piracy.
If you have a DRM’d Blu-ray DVD, that’s the *only* thing it can be.
