  • Rendering quicktimes for standard 4:3 DVD?

Im trying to render out a quicktime file so I can play it back on DVD on standard 4:3 TVs. Every time I render, it seems the file gets to be like 5 gigs, is this normal? My video is only 3 minutes long. What settings should i use for this and what aspect ratio and all that should I set so the video looks normal on 4:3 tv? thanks!

The DVD spec requires MPEG2 so no form of Quicktime file will ever work. Just render using MPEG2 using one of the DVD Architect templates and you should be OK. You will need a DVD authoring program like DVD Architect to create a DVD that will play on TV.
