Hi John
Thanks much. I don’t know where I got the MP3 for audio. I went to Create Space again to look but all I could find was this…..
>Prepare Your Own Promotional Clip: Compression
>We generally recommend you use these compression settings as a >starting point:
>
>For QuickTime
>MPEG-4 video with 2-pass VBR, 320×240 pixels (for 3:4 content) or >320×180 pixels (for 16:9 content), 15fps, 252kbit/s
>AAC audio at 22kHz mono, 32 kbit/s
>Maximum file size is 2.5 MBytes
>We generally recommend a dedicated compression tool for the best >results, such as Canopus ProCoder or Sorenson Squeeze
For Windows Media
Windows Media 9
Video at 320×240 pixels (for 3:4 content) or 320×180 pixels (for 16:9 content),, 15fps, 252kbit/s
Windows Media 9 audio at 22kHz stereo, 32 kbit/s.
Maximum file size is 2.5 MBytes
We recommend using Windows Media Encoder or Canopus ProCoder
Looking at Squeeze, the default choice is MPEG4 audio. I wonder if that’s the AAC audio? Also the settings in Squeeze are confusing, being listed only as streams. ie; 112k_Stream, 1mbps, 256k, 384k_stream etc. There’s only 1 or 2 tht gives me the mono @ 22.5 option also.
Maybe I should just try QT Pro which I have? Ugh! I sure whish I could find another service. Ever since Amazon (CreatSpace.com) bought CustomFlix, the service doesn’t seem as personal as before. And now it’s email only. Custom Flix used to provide a suppoet phone number. And you wait forever for replies to emails!
