  SD card MPEG-4 import?

  For an upcoming company event someone brought up the idea of buying a cheap Samsung palmcorder to circulate amongst the participants, they shoot whatever, and I would edit for daily upload to a website. The camera I found shoots directly to SD cards in MPEG-4. What I’ve found searching around the posts is that MPEG-4 import to Vegas can be a little haphazard. Anyone know if Vegas will be ok editing files directly out of a Samsung SD camera?
