  rendering

  I am having a problem rendering to .avi file. It freezes in the same part of the video everytime I try, sometimes it gets past that part of video and will freeeze on another spot. Always the same frames of the video.
  What is happening?

  Is it a saved vegas (.veg) file you are trying to render?
  If not just close vegas and restart your pc..

  What version of Vegas are you using?
  Is it Vegas Pro or Vegas Movie Studio?
  What’s at that point on the timeline?
  If it’s a large (pixel count) JPEG image at that point, resize it smaller.
  If it’s a TIFF image, convert it to PNG format.
