  • Making a black footer with text

    Hi!

I try to make a black footer on each of my still images with text description on it.

So I went to “Media Generators”/”Solid Background”, put some text and I reduced the height to 30 px. Next step is push it at the bottom to make it a footer, but I notice I cannot change the position of the element, it is centered and not at the bottom. I can only change the position of the text inside the element in the Media properties.
How can I push this 30px high element at the bottom ?
Or maybe there is another way to achieve what I want ?

Thank you for any help !!

Try using the pan/crop tool to move it.

Pan/Crop won’t move it to the bottom, unless you make it quite large, change aspect, etc. Track Motion or a Mask in Pan/Crop is the better way to achieve this, or make a title bar in the ProType Titler and use that. This way, you can use the PTT for both title and bar.
