  2k res file

  I’ve imported a quicktime 2k file into vegas. everything looking good.
  But what template would one use to do a preview render under tools preview?

  i tried the sony yuv, but im getting 3fps

  Your system likely can’t play a YUV file if you don’t have a large/fast RAID and controller card. You have an HDSDI output? If not, no point in even considering YUV. Use a secondary monitor and HDV as you format for previz rendering.

  i see ok. Good point. i guess i can use pretty much any low res for the editing. i guess i was a little greedy:)

  im guessing though that for 2k CCing, thats when AJA or BM would come in handy?
