  Problem with Pan/Crop feature

  I’ve been using the pan/crop feature lately with images. Every once in a while I find that I am unable to move them up or down. Has anyone encountered this before?

  Turns out that the horizontal/vertical lock button was turned on. It’s the bottommost button on the left hand side of the pan/crop window
