  1394 preview out stopped working

  Tried to preview out to external monitor today (1394)and the picture was blue with rolling black horizontal line abou 1 inch. the camcorder was blue with 1 fixed blue horizontal line about 1/3rd down the screen.. computer had recently done a windows update. Anyone know how to fix this?

  I would first reboot with the firewire device turned off. Then I would turn it on and make sure that Windows properly recognizes it. Once it’s properly recognized, I would then see if Vegas can properly use it.

  Tried that and windows did see it.. Very strange.
