  Making a Tv screen!

  Hey this is a simple question, but how would i place a pre recorded video over top of something like my cell phones screen or a tv in the background ((when they arent even on!))
  I tried pan/crop but it doesnt seem to shrink the whole picture.

  –How do i shrink a movie while maintaining its aspect to fit inside anthor clip?–

  Track motion will maintain aspect while shrinking
