    I have no idea why you’d want to do it this as opposed to separate audio & video streams but that’s your decision.

    After selecting MPEG-2 as the “Save as” type, select the “DVD NTSC” template (or PAL, as the case may be).
    Then click the “Custom” box and the “Video” tab.
    Choose either VBR or CBR and adjust the bitratevideo settings as necessary for the length of the video.

    Pick the appropriate DVD Architect preset, go to “Custom”, go to the “Audio” tab, and check the box to include the audio.
