  What to render to?

  i have a project i edited using FCP 5 – footage was all shot & edited in HD DCVPRO, final delivery is for standard NTSC 720×480 broadcast and PAL broadcast.

  what is the best codec to use to output a file from FCP for doing some color correction and effects using vegas and after effects??
