  preview video not shown

  Hi Guys, i’m new to sony vegas and ive been trying to do my first project without success.After dragging file to timelime, all i hear is the sound and not the video.What am i doing wrong? Please help, thanks
  ps:files are mostly avi. ones

  Let me guess 🙂
  The AVIs come from a digital camera, right?
  If so, they’re actually MJPEG files in an AVI wrapper.
  If so, download the demo version of the MainConcept MJPEG codec and you should be OK.
