Crossfades
Well, normally when I shove to events together it automatically creates a crossfade. On the Vegas platform at work the one I’m dragging is simply overlapping the other.
I am overlapping only the ends, not the entire event and it is creating a mini fade between the two (about 2 frames). I can manually expand the fade but it’s really slowing down my workflow. I’ve yet to find anything in Preferences. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the top toolbar, it’s likely that the Automatic Crossfades have been disabled/turned off.
