  External Monitor

  Hi all,

  I have a question regarding using a flat panel LCD TV as an external monitor to view my renders, and make sure my parameters are ok. What type of hook up would be best for a good picture (component, s-video etc.)? And as far as the cable to connect my PC to the TV, should it be a firewire or USB2.0 hookup?

  You need to monitor from Vegas via firewire, so most likely it will be firewire out to a DV camera or other converter, then S-Video (or whtever) from there to the TV input.
